IDF Declares End of “Operation Northern Shield” in Northern Occupied Lands
Islamic World News Analysis Group: On Sunday, the IDF announced the end of Operation Northern Shield after it discovered 6 claimed tunnels in northern Palestine.
According to Israeli military, the 6th tunnel was the largest tunnel discovered with depth of 55 meters and stretching hundreds of meters from the southern Lebanese village of Ramiya into northern Palestine.
Some experts believe the claimed tunnels are old tunnels and all the “Northern Shield” operation is a propaganda show that Netanyahu has launched to cover up its recent failures in Gaza and is for the upcoming election.
From 4th December, the Israeli regime started an operation to discover so called Hezbollah attack tunnels in northern border of occupied Palestine.
