South Africa Banned Weapon Export to Arabic Countries
ISWNews Analysis Group: South Africa banned weapon export to Saudi Arabia, UAE and some other Arabic countries.
Due to export policies of South Africa, inspection and confirmation of exports are mandatory by officials, otherwise export is illegal.
The policy is due to concern of weapons ending in the hands of third parties.
Since four countries Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman and Algeria have violated this law, the export is halted to these countries.
Saudi Arabia and UAE buy more than one third of weapon export of South Africa.
