What Did Tetsu Nakamura Do in Afghanistan?

ISWNews Analysis Group: Tetsu Nakamura vehicle was shot at in Jalal Abad by unknown people on Wednesday and he and five companions were killed.

No group has taken the responsibility of the attack so far.
Tetsu Nakamura is a 73 years old Japanese doctor who run a Japanese charity (PMS) in Afghanistan.
The charity gives medical treatment in east of Afghanistan. He was also active in agriculture and water management and by building dam, could help with agriculture of towns Behsud, Shiwah and Kami.
Nakamura was appreciated by Ghani a while ago and received honorary citizenship of Afghanistan.
