Hezbollah Carries Out Drone Attack On Israeli Positions In Northern Acre + Video
The Lebanese resistance movement, Hezbollah, announced in a statement that in response to the Israeli regime’s terrorist drone attack in Adloun and the martyrdom of one of the Lebanese fighters, they targeted and precisely hit the headquarters of the Golani Brigade and the Egoz Unit (621) at the Shraga barracks in the northern occupied town of Acre with several suicide drones.
The Hezbollah movement used two types of real and decoy drones to engage the Israeli regime’s air defense systems.
According to the released videos, the Iron Dome air defense system of the Israeli army fired several missiles at the drones but only managed to intercept first one. The second drone was destroyed by an Israeli fighter jet. Following this attack, the coastal areas of Acre town were closed, and around 200,000 Israeli settlers were evacuated to shelters.
This operation marks the 33rd Hezbollah drone attack on the Israeli regime’s positions in northern occupied Palestine during the recent war. With this operation, Hezbollah has extended the range of its drone attacks to over 15 kilometers deep into the northern regions of occupied Palestine, forcing the Israeli army to take heavier measures to prevent these attacks along the northwestern coasts of occupied Palestine.
