Israel Demolished Another Village In Southern Lebanon

Despite the ceasefire agreement, the Israeli army continues to target and destroy civilian homes in the border villages of southern Lebanon. So far, the Monitoring Committee and the Lebanese government have not taken any effective measures to prevent it.

Yarun is one of the oldest villages in southern Lebanon, located south of Bint Jubeil. Israel made considerable efforts to capture this village at the start of the ground operation but was thwarted by Hezbollah’s resistance. However, after the ceasefire was established, Israeli forces entered the village and destroyed its religious and historical sites.
