Molawi AbdulBasir Haqqani, head of Kabul Scholars Council was assassinated by unknowns in Kabul.
1. Afghan Presidency Palace: security belts are formed around Jaghuri and Malestan.
To ensure safety and security in vulnerable areas Jaghuri and Malestan of Ghazni province, security checkpoints are established.
2. A US soldier was killed in Afghanistan.
NATO spokesperson on Saturday in a statement announced that a US soldier was killed. No more information was given in the statement.
Although USA claimed to end the operation in Afghanistan in 2014 and will evacuate their forces from Afghanistan, there are still 15,000 US soldiers in Afghanistan.
3. Molawi AbdulBasir Haqqani, head of Kabul Scholars Council was assassinated by unknowns in Kabul.
No group has announced responsibility of it.
Molawi AbdulBasir Haqqani was strongly opposing extremism and condemned terrorist attacks all the time.
Last Wednesday he condemned suicidal attack to Uranus hotel in Kabul and said today no one is safe from terrorists in Afghanistan and enemies of the state even if you’re in God’s house.
4. ISIS claimed to be responsible for terrorist attack to Khost mosque.
In a terrorist explosion in a mosque in southeast of Khost, many of Afghan Army security forces were martyred.
ISIS claimed that 50 Army soldiers are killed.
