Hashad Sha’abi operation against ISIS in Diyala province

ISWNews Analysis Group: Brigades 20th, 23rd and 110th of Hashad Sha’abi yesterday morning started an operation to search for and cleanse ISIS terrorists in areas Wadi Basal and Wadi Qadam Zaman outskirts of Khanaqin town, Diyala province.
The operation is happening after ISIS terrorists attacked against Iraqi forces in these areas a few days ago.
Khanaqin is a border town with Iran and is important for the security of the area.
