The Armed Groups of the Eastern Qalamoun Will Surrender! ; The Advance of the Syrian Army in Eastern Qalamoun
Islamic World News Analysis Group: With the advance of the Syrian army and encirclement of Ruhaybah, the armed groups finally agreed the reconciliation.
As the condition of the Dumayr town was determined, the Syrian army began its operation yesterday to liberate the remaining areas in Eastern Qalamoun.
In the morning, the Syrian army succeeded to encircle the area of Ruhaybah, with its advance in south of the pocket; the siege of Ruhayba and evacuation of militants from Dumayr in a same time was a huge blow to militants and they forced to accept the reconciliation.
The armed groups of this region most notably are the Ahmed al-Abdo militants and Aswad al-Sharqiyah (supported by America and Jordan), and FSA.
According to agreement, some of them will go to Idlib and some others will go to Jarabuls in northern Syria.
