ISWNews Analysis Group: Late on December 31, Turkish military base in the Zelkan area north of Mosul was targeted by several rockets.
According to preliminary information, the Turkish military base “Ba’ashiqa” in the Zelkan area north of the city of Mosul was targeted by four rockets. No casualties have been reported so far.
