Military Map of Militant Groups in Northwest of Syria, 10 January 2019; Engagement Halt in Southwest of Idlib

Tahrir Al Sham expressed in the statement that after agreement with National Front for Liberation militants, engagements ended in northwest of Syria and Tahrir Al Sham respects the ceasefire and no member of Ahara Al Sham and Soghour Al Sham will be arrested without charge.

During recent days, Hayat Tahrir Al Sham militants advancing in west of Aleppo, captured all of western Aleppo countryside and later advanced in southwest of Idlib province capturing Al Ghab plain and Jabal Shahshabo areas due to agreement (yellow).

Considering the recent agreement and latest evolutions in south of Idlib, Tahrir Al Sham(former Al Nusrah Front, al Qaeda branch in Syria) has control over 65% of northwest of Syria.
