Islamic World News Analysis Group: Abu Mohammad al-Julani, leader of Tahrir al-Sham during an interview showed his support of possible Turkish operation against Kurds in east of Euphrates.
In an interview with Amjad network, rejecting other militant groups’ proclaim that Tahrir al-Sham abuses Turkish operation in east of Euphrates, stated that recent advances of HTS against NFL(National Front for Liberation)in northwest of Syria has nothing to do with Turkish operation.
After Turkish Army operation in east of Euphrates announcement, many militants to participate in the operation moved to east of Euphrates and Manbij area. Some militants believe that Tahrir al-Sham is using the opportunity in north west of Syria to increase its influence in Idlib area in absence of other militants.
Al Julani expressed that Tahrir al-Sham(HTS, Al Qaeda branch in Syria) is an important part of Syrian revolution.
Specialists believe that HTS tries to take control of “de-escalation zone” to be an unchangeable ally of Turkey in the area and has a role such as Governorate in future political map.
