Tall Rafat is under Control of Syrian and Russian Armies
Islamic World News Analysis Group: In despite of the recent days news regarding Tall Rafat to be controlled by Turkey; it is still governed by Syria.
After Turkey’s operation ended in Afrin and dispersion of forces of Syrian Army and NDF forces in regions, from which Kurds retreated, there were rumors of agreement between Russia and Turkey to give control of Tall Rifat in north of Aleppo to Turkish troops.
Nevertheless, any surrender of the city is denied and it is still under control of Syrian Government forces.

There is news that Kurdish refugees who went to region Shahba in north of Aleppo from Afrin due to Turkey’s operation are going to be supported by Syrian government to provide minimum living condition for them.
The situation in the region is calm as the last three days.
