1. The presence of the Turkish forces is extended

The parliament of Turkey ratified the bill about extending the presence of Turkey’s forces, in framework of NATO’s “Resolute Support Mission”.

Right now 501 Turkish forces are present in Afghanistan’s soil.

2. According to the information from Internal Ministry of Afghanistan, following the six suicide attacks during two last months in Kabul 125 people lost their lives and 169 injured.

3. The Taliban attacked Bagram military base with rockets

The officials have announced that the rockets were destroyed by defense systems before hitting the base; but the Taliban claimed that the rockets have hit the base and brought casualties to American forces.

4. The meeting between Iranian Admrial Ali Shamkhani, the secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, with Afghanistan’s officials.

On Wednsday the secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran met and discussed with national security adviser and the president of Afghanistan in Kabul

According to announcement of Afghanistan’s Presidential Palace, Ashraf Ghani and Ali Shamkhani talked about development of relations between Iran and Afghanistan, the importance of reaching to a regional consensus, peace process with leadership of Afghans & joint fight against terrorism.
