Clashes Between Hadi Forces and Southerners in Abyan, Yemen

ISWNews Analysis Group: Hadi’s force managed to capture Ahwar city in south of Abyan province from the Hizam al-Amni forces(backed by UAE) after two days of clashes.
Ahwar was previously in control of al-Qaeda and in recent months has captured by the Hizam al-Amni forces.
The UAE warned them last night and demanded their withdrawal. However Hadi forces ignored the warnings and the UAE fighters also bombed their positions.
