After American last equipment were moved out of Sarin base in northeast of Aleppo province in the east of Euphrates, US forces left Aleppo province completely.

ISWNews Analysis Group: On November 1 more than 80 heavy vehicles arrived east of Aleppo to transport US military equipment from the Sarrin base.
