ISWNews Analysis Group: For the second day in a row, Turkish aircraft targeted a hospital in the village of al-Sakinah near Sinjar.
Yesterday, Turkish drones targeted a vehicle belonging to PMU forces in the city of Sinjar, in the presence of Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi, killing two members of the organization and wounding three others.
