Al-Julani Rejects Agreement Between Turkey And Syria + Video
ISWNews Analysis Group: In a short video titled “Lan Nosalih”, the leader of the Tahrir Al-Sham reacted to the rapprochement of relations between Turkey and Syria and announced his opposition!
In this regard, Al-Julani stated: “The meeting and talks between the officials of the Syrian and Russian governments with Turkey is a dangerous deviation in the goals of the Syrian revolution, and we reject any compromise plan And our supporters should not be sad.”
He further said: “We invite every zealous loyalist to do his best, put his hand in our hands and stand by us in the face of these challenges and continue his promise until the overthrow of the (legitimate Syrian government) government.”
It is worth mentioning that the first tripartite meeting between Syria, Turkey and Russia was held in Moscow in December 28, 2022. During this meeting, Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar and Hakan Fidan, the head of the country’s National Intelligence Organization, met with Syrian Defense Minister Ali Mahmoud Abbas, Syrian Intelligence Chief Ali Mamluk and Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu. They discussed solving the Syrian crisis, immigrants and fighting terrorism in Syria. At the end of this meeting, the defense ministers of Russia, Syria and Turkey pointed out the constructiveness of the talks and the need to continue the talks of the three countries in order to increase the stability of the situation in Syria and the entire region.
