ISWNews Analysis Group: Russia and China veto the proposed bill by Germany, Belgium and Kuwait regarding ceasefire in Idlib.

?Bombing heavily the militia’s positions in south of Idlib by Syrian army’s artillery.
?According to local anti-government sources in east of Syria, yesterday Resistance positions near Al Bukamal were bombed 6 times by enemy fighters.
?On 17 September, US coalition and mercenaries led by them drilled in the Al Tanaf 55km zone in southeast of Syria. Al Tanaf area in southeast of Syria is still occupied by US forces.


?The process of evacuation of refugees from Al Rukban camp will start from next week.
?According to government sources, Tahrir al Sham terrorists are preventing Idlib people to go out from Abu Dhuhur passage.
?Syrian government TV channel reported of shooting down a drone over Aqraba area in south of Damascus.

?Syrian government sent a letter to UN and criticized the destructive role of SDF in north of Syria; address them as separatist terrorist militia. Elham Ahmed, head of SDC rejecting this claim asked Syrian government to respect the autonomously of Kurds in north and east of Syria.
