Military Knowledge: “Ababil 3” Surveillance and Reconnaissance Drone
Ababil 3 was unveiled in 2010 during IRGC “The Great Prophet 5 Drill” and some footages recorded by this drone from foreign warships in Persian Gulf were shown. The drone was then spotted in several drills by Iran’s Army and the IRGC. In 2014 Ababil 3 was officially delivered to Iran’s armed forces.
