The ISIS terrorist group has claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack in the Iranian city of Kerman by publishing a statement.
Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khamenei, has issued a message following the martyrdom of a number of pilgrims who were martyred in a terrorist attack while en route to the tomb of Martyr General Soleimani in Kerman’s Garden of Martyrs on January 3, 2024. The following is the text of this message.
As a result of two terrorist explosions during the commemoration ceremony of martyr General Qassem Soleimani in the Iranian city of Kerman, at least 84 people were martyred and more than 280 others were injured.

Today Haj Hossein Salami, commander of IRGC, in funeral procession of martyr Soleimani while people chanting “Salami, Salami, Revenge, Revenge” said:
“I say the last word first, we take revenge, a harsh decisive regretting ending revenge.”
