ISWNews Analysis Group: UN Security Council sanctions committee puts Sanaullah Ghafari, known as Shahab al-Muhajir, Emir of Khorasan fraction of ISIS (IS-KP) in arms sanction list. According to this sanction, his assets should be confiscated.
