ISWNews Analysis Group: Scarce engagements between SDF and Syrian army with Turkey’s militia in south and east of Ras al-Ayn are continuing.
– As shown in the map Turkey almost achieved its goal of having a safe zone with depth of 32 km between Tal Abiad and Ras al-Ayn. – Syrian army deployed in border areas between Qamishli and Ras al-Ayn and between Ayn al-Arab and Tal Abiad.
In recent days in despite of ceasefire agreed on by Syria and Russia ground operation was continuing and Turkey’s militia could capture some areas and villages in Ras al-Ayn axis from SDF and Syrian army.
ISWNews Analysis Group: The United Nations forces establishing 5 new observation posts inside the city of al-Hudaydah to protect and maintaining the ceasefire based on the Stockholm agreement.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Syrian army will establish 15 new observation points at its border with Turkey in the eastern Euphrates to monitor the safe zone agreement in the area.
According to the agreement between Turkey and Russia over the northeastern border of Syria, the field map of the area in east of Euphrates will be as follows.

ISWNews Analysis Group: According to local sources, SDF forces with the support of the Syrian Army succeeded in liberating al-Manajeer and its surrounding villages from the Turkey-backed militants.
In the last two days Syrian army is slowly moving inside SDF controlled areas in east and west of Euphrates River according to the agreement.
ISWNews Analysis Group: According to the agreement reached between the SDF and the Syrian government, the Syrian Army forces will enter the areas controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces in the east and west of the Euphrates to counter Turkish aggression.
