ISWNews Analysis Group: Scarce engagements between SDF and Syrian army with Turkey’s militia in south and east of Ras al-Ayn are continuing.
ISWNews Analysis Group: Today a big caravan of forces and equipment of Syrian army entered Tal Tamar, northeast of Syria.
ISWNews Analysis Group: Contrary to news that Syrian Army forces had withdrawn from the Tal Abu Rasin area east of Ras al-Ayn, new forces and equipment including several battle tanks, BMPs, Gvozdika self-propelled 122 mm howitzer, Grad rocket launchers, etc. were deployed on the outskirts of Ras al-Ain, in particular the Tal Abu Rasin and Um Harmal area.
ISWNews Analysis Group: According to evidences, US. forces are after building a new military base in north of Deir Ezzor City.
After American last equipment were moved out of Sarin base in northeast of Aleppo province in the east of Euphrates, US forces left Aleppo province completely.
