In response to the recent assassination of the top commander of the Lebanese resistance movement Fuad Shukr, Hezbollah targeted the Israeli army’s positions in the settlements of northern occupied Palestine as well as military bases in the occupied Golan Heights with a large number of suicide drones and rockets early on Sunday morning.

The Israeli regime’s army have once again advanced on three fronts in the south of the Gaza Strip as part of their constant fruitless military operations in the besieged area.

The Israeli regime’s military personnel continue their aggression and genocidal war in the Gaza Strip in spite of the efforts made by regional and international players to pave the way for reaching a ceasefire deal in the besieged area.

The security situation in the northern borders of occupied Palestine is still tense, and there is a possibility of a large-scale ground conflict at any moment. After the recent assassinations, the Israeli regime has increased the number of its special units and military forces near the borders of Lebanon due to the possibility of retaliatory attacks by Iran and Hezbollah. Additionally, new concrete trenches have been constructed in the border areas and more equipment has been deployed to the borders.

The Israeli regime has launched a new ground operation against Palestinian groups in the Al-Qararah area in the northeast of Khan Yunis. This operation began just 20 days after the Israeli army had launched another operation in Khan Yunis.

In a statement, the Palestinian resistance movement, Hamas, emphasized that instead of initiating new negotiations for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, the terms agreed upon by the previous truce talks would be better to be implemented.
