A drone attack on a military academy in Homs Governorate, Syria, resulted in at least 81 martyrs and 239 others wounded.

On August 21, Media outlets close to armed groups in Syria reported the formation of a new group called Saraya Al Muqawama Al Sha’biya against the Syrian government and army in Homs Governorate.
